The Usage tab of Company Configuration shows how much of your plan you’ve used — document counts and your quota at a glance. Open it from Company → Company Configuration → Usage (route /settings/company-profile?tab=usage).
Usage is available to standard company users and is hidden for auditor (read-only) accounts. The exact figures and breakdown shown may vary by plan and as the app evolves.

What you’ll see

The Usage tab summarises your activity against your plan, typically including:
  • Documents used — how many documents you’ve processed in the current period.
  • Plan quota — the allowance included in your plan.
  • Remaining — what’s left before you reach the quota.
Check Usage before a busy invoicing period so you know whether you’re close to your quota. If you expect to exceed it, review your plan ahead of time.
