Every report in the Reports hub works the same way: open it, narrow it with filters, then export the result. This page walks through that flow.

Open and filter a report

1

Open the report

From the Reports hub at /reports, select the card for the report you want. It opens at /reports/:reportKey.
2

Set the filters

Choose the filters the report offers — most reports include a date range, and some add further filters relevant to that report. The view updates to match your selection.
3

Review the result

Read the report on screen to confirm it covers the period and scope you expect before exporting.
The available filters depend on the report. A receivables-aging report and a VAT summary, for example, will not offer exactly the same options.

Export the result

When the report shows what you need, export it in the format that suits your next step:
1

Choose a format

Pick the export format — Fatorly supports CSV, Excel (xlsx), and PDF.
  • CSV — a plain comma-separated file, best for importing into another tool.
  • Excel (xlsx) — a spreadsheet you can open and work with directly.
  • PDF — a fixed-layout document, best for sharing or filing.
2

Generate the export

Confirm the export. Fatorly builds the file from the report as you have filtered it.
3

Collect the file

The finished export is added to your Downloads, where you can download it.
Set your filters before exporting — the export reflects exactly the rows and period currently shown in the report.
  • Reports — the hub listing every available report.
  • Downloads — where your generated exports land.
  • Scheduled Reports — run a report automatically instead of by hand.
