The Integrations page connects external systems to Fatorly so your data syncs automatically, and provides access to the Integration API. Open it from Settings → Integrations (route /settings/integrations).

Available connectors

  • QuickBooks Online — sync customers, items, and invoices between QuickBooks and Fatorly. Select Manage to connect or disconnect.
  • API Keys — issue credentials for the Integration API. Select Manage to open API Keys.

QuickBooks Online

Once connected, the Connection Details panel shows:
  • The connection status (e.g. Connected) and a Disconnect option.
  • Sync Now to trigger a manual sync.
  • A Sync History table listing each sync action (create item, invoice, etc.) with timestamps.

Connect

Select Manage on QuickBooks Online and authorize Fatorly in the QuickBooks consent screen.

Sync

Use Sync Now to pull data, or let scheduled syncs run automatically.
