API Keys

API keys let you connect your own systems (such as an ERP) to Fatorly's Integration API. You can scope each key to exactly the access it needs and revoke it at any time. Open it from Settings → Integrations → API Keys.

Create an API key

Name the key

Enter a descriptive Name (e.g. "My ERP integration").

Choose scopes

Select only the scopes the integration needs (see below).

Create

Select Create API Key. The secret is shown once — copy it immediately and store it securely. You won't be able to see it again.

Scopes

Scope	Grants
`invoices:read` / `invoices:write`	Read / create invoices.
`customers:read` / `customers:write`	Read / manage customers.
`vendors:read` / `vendors:write`	Read / manage vendors.
`items:read` / `items:write`	Read / manage items.
`participants:read`	Look up network participants.
`webhooks:manage`	Manage webhook subscriptions.

Manage existing keys

The table lists each key's Name (with its ID prefix), Scopes, Status, Created, and Last Used dates. Select Revoke to disable a key immediately.

Warning

The full secret is only displayed at creation time. If a key is lost or compromised, Revoke it and create a new one.
