Support Access is available to a company administrator. Support staff never get
standing access: they request it, you approve it, and the grant is time-bound and
fully revocable.
How it works
1
A support agent requests access
When a support agent needs to look into your company, they raise a request.
It appears in the pending requests list with the requester’s name, email,
and a reason.
2
You approve or deny
Review the request and Approve it to grant temporary access, or Deny
it. Approving creates a time-limited session that expires automatically.
3
You monitor active sessions
Active sessions show who has access and when it expires. Each session is
logged so you can see what was accessed.
4
You revoke early if needed
You can Revoke an active session at any time to end support access
immediately, before it would otherwise expire.
What you can review
- Pending requests — awaiting your approval, with requester and reason.
- Active sessions — who currently has access and the expiry, with an activity log of what was accessed.
- History — sessions that have ended, whether they expired or were revoked.
The exact controls and the default expiry window may vary as the app evolves. The
principles — explicit approval, time-limited sessions, an audit trail, and the
ability to revoke — always apply.
