# Usage & Statistics

> See your document counts and how much of your plan quota you've used.

The **Usage** tab of [Company Configuration](/en/settings/company-profile) shows
how much of your plan you've used — document counts and your quota at a glance.
Open it from **Company → Company Configuration → Usage** (route
`/settings/company-profile?tab=usage`).

<Note>
  Usage is available to standard company users and is hidden for auditor (read-only)
  accounts. The exact figures and breakdown shown may vary by plan and as the app
  evolves.

## What you'll see

The Usage tab summarises your activity against your plan, typically including:

* **Documents used** — how many documents you've processed in the current period.
* **Plan quota** — the allowance included in your plan.
* **Remaining** — what's left before you reach the quota.

<Tip>
  Check Usage before a busy invoicing period so you know whether you're close to
  your quota. If you expect to exceed it, review your plan ahead of time.
