# Support Access

> Approve, monitor, and revoke temporary access for support staff to your company.

The **Support Access** tab of
[Company Configuration](/en/settings/company-profile) lets a company administrator
grant Fatorly support staff **temporary, time-limited** access to your company —
for example so they can help investigate an issue — and revoke it at any time.
Open it from **Company → Company Configuration → Support Access**.

<Note>
  Support Access is available to a company administrator. Support staff never get
  standing access: they request it, you approve it, and the grant is time-bound and
  fully revocable.
</Note>

## How it works

<Steps>
  <Step title="A support agent requests access">
    When a support agent needs to look into your company, they raise a request.
    It appears in the **pending requests** list with the requester's name, email,
    and a reason.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You approve or deny">
    Review the request and **Approve** it to grant temporary access, or **Deny**
    it. Approving creates a time-limited session that expires automatically.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You monitor active sessions">
    Active sessions show who has access and when it expires. Each session is
    logged so you can see what was accessed.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You revoke early if needed">
    You can **Revoke** an active session at any time to end support access
    immediately, before it would otherwise expire.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What you can review

* **Pending requests** — awaiting your approval, with requester and reason.
* **Active sessions** — who currently has access and the expiry, with an activity
  log of what was accessed.
* **History** — sessions that have ended, whether they expired or were revoked.

<Tip>
  Grant access only for as long as the issue takes, and revoke as soon as the
  support agent is done — even though sessions expire on their own.
</Tip>

<Note>
  The exact controls and the default expiry window may vary as the app evolves. The
  principles — explicit approval, time-limited sessions, an audit trail, and the
  ability to revoke — always apply.
